recognising the company’s contribution to delivering high quality medical devices to customers and patients around the world.
Now in their 36th year, the Premier of Queensland’s Export Awards celebrate Queensland businesses that are driving international success through innovation, excellence and global trade.
The recognition reflects Cook’s ongoing commitment to manufacturing life-changing medical devices in Queensland for export to markets around the world.
John Skinner, general manager and director of Cook Medical Australia said this recognition reflected the contribution of employees across the business.

Cook employs more than 800 people across Australia and designs and manufactures a range of minimally invasive medical devices, exporting approximately 96 per cent of its products to healthcare providers around the world.
The winners of the 2026 Premier of Queensland’s Export Awards will be announced in October.
